Introduction
“NEVES” Patient Safety Program (NEm Várt ESemények= Adverse Events) is a research, reporting and learning system in Hungary, organized by HSMTC (Health Services Management Training Centre). The purpose of this program is to improve patient safety in the Hungarian healthcare system.
