More than 1000 members of international alumni prove the exceptional quality of the Flagship Programs.
Potential participants are health sector managers, government officials and public health experts involved in health sector reform. Ideally, candidates should have participated in one of the generic courses of the Flagship Program (offered in Washington D.C., Boston, Budapest, Bishkek or by other regional partners), but at a minimum are familiar with health system performance assessment frameworks.
