Flagship Program

The Flagship Program is the leading health policy program for the region, visited by professionals from Kazakhstan to Slovenia and from the Baltic States to Germany. We offer the programme as the European and Central Asian Regional Partner Institute of the World Bank Institute’s Flagship Network. The teaching modules have been elaborated with assistance of leading universities of the World.
Besides the regional course, we also organize Country Specific Flagship Programs and Senior Policy Maker Seminars. These trainings are based on the core material of the Flagship Program and are tailored to the specific training needs of decision makers from different parts of the World.
Flagship Programs are organized either at HSMTC or at a location in the host country involved. The courses are usually conducted in English. In other cases, we offer simultaneous translation. For more information and details about the current Flagship Program, please read the course announcement.
