Innovative Utilization of Structural Funds in Europe
Regional Master Class Programme on Health investments in Structural Funds 2000-2006: learning lessons to inform regions in the 2007-2013 period.
New Member States of the EU are the most active users of the Structural Found.
Each member of the European Union is trying to invest to reach the best result. We have many precedents from the past, how to make the best of an opportunity. Unfortunately, members do not always have time to share their experiences, observations, etc. These Master Classes are to improve communication among main decision-makers and participants of the health care systems in the targeted countries.
These innovative programs are to share experiences of health investments during the 2000-2006 Structural Fund period and to develop new knowledge.
The general objective of this program is to identify and share best practices for the effective use of the structural funds for health investments in the Member States”
